Our mission is to create lifelong disciples of Christ.

 

Christian Education and Discipleship is at the very heart of our church. In the educational process we ask the Spirit of God to encounter people of all ages so that they are nurtured in faith, grow in knowledge and experience, and are inspired and empowered to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. This call to discipleship compels us to share our faith and serve others. We are asking the Lord for more Christians and better Christians.

 

Program Description:

The CE&D is responsible for each of the following ministry departments in the life of the church: Adult Education, Young Adult Ministries, Student Ministries, Children’s Ministries, the Nursery, The Hollywood Presbyterian Children’s Center,  Evangelism,  New Members, Celebrate Recovery and the Committee on Preparation for Ministry.
