Visiting FPCH

Welcome to FPCH! We are an intergenerational community of ordinary people who follow an extraordinary person, Jesus Christ. Each one of us has also had a “first Sunday” experience, and we want yours to be as warm, friendly and inviting as possible. It’s good to be together!

Our Worship Services

8:30am Contemplative Service

Meets in Wylie Chapel

A more intimate setting and simple worship format gives room for reflection and space to listen.

The service features scripture, prayers, calm music, and normally the same preacher and sermon as the 11am. We join in the Lord’s Supper each week.

11am Worship Together Service

Meets in the Main Sanctuary

The format varies from week to week, and is always led by a wide variety of congregants and staff.

The worship band, choir, and organ call us to worship with a wonderful diversity of music. Scripture, prayers, and a time for children are normal parts of the service, along with a sermon rooted in the biblical text. Every first Sunday of the month, we share in the Lord’s Supper together.

(ASL Interpretation Available)

Prayer is available at the end of our services. If you would like someone to pray with, we would love to pray with you! There are also prayer cards in the pew racks that you can fill out and put in the offering plate or prayer boxes located in the Narthex and garden exit of the Sanctuary.

Coffee Break is at 10:30am in the Mears Courtyard. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect between services and get to know our community more.
